The facilities include, Large TV with English Television, DVD player, All bed linen, plenty of towels, a fridge freezer, full plates, cutlery etc, kettle, gas cooker and a washing machine. There is parking out side.
There is also a private veranda, which is accessible from the master bedroom. It has heating for the winter, rarely needed, and full Air-Conditioning for the rest of the year.
When you arrive there will be sufficient tea, coffee and some fresh milk to get you started. The basic essentials will also be there, washing up liquid and toilet rolls etc. So no worries if your flight arrives in the middle of the night. And there is a shop only 1 minute walk away.
The apartment is situated behind the famous Karlinna cafe bar and restaurant so a fabulous choice awaits if you don't want to cook. There is a a few others very near by and the main Tomb of Kings road has within 3 minutes walk a fabulous choice from pubs and restaurants from, O'Reilly Irish bar, British and an Australian style pub, Greek tavernas, Chinese, Japanese in fact you need to stay a long time to sample all the delights. Big Screen TV's are nearby, many showing the big events including UK sport and the big matches. Right next door could be a taverna with Cypriot nights and there is always some karaoke near.
This apartment is currently undergoing complete refurbishment and will be be ready for early 2006.
Due to the owners frequent visits this apartment is usually only available for shorter terms stays below 1 month.
